Two-Module Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to feel confident in your investment. Our goal is to provide practical, research-based strategies that help students become more independent, organized, and successful learners.

To allow you to evaluate whether the program is the right fit, we offer the following satisfaction guarantee.

Eligibility

You may request a full refund if all of the following conditions are met:

1. You have completed Module 1 and Module 2, including the accompanying workbook activities.

2. You determine that the program is not a good fit for your needs or has not provided the value you expected.

3. You submit your refund request before accessing Module 3.

4. Your refund request is received within fourteen (14) calendar days of your original purchase date.

Both conditions must be satisfied. The guarantee expires upon the earlier of:

• Accessing Module 3 of the course; or

• Fourteen (14) calendar days after purchase.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us with:

• Your full name

• The email address used to purchase the course

• Your order number (if available)

• A brief explanation of why the program did not meet your expectations

Refund requests will generally be reviewed within five (5) business days.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued if:

• Module 3 has been accessed.

• More than fourteen (14) calendar days have passed since the original purchase.

• The request is made by someone other than the original purchaser.

• The purchase was obtained through fraud, unauthorized payment methods, or in violation of our Terms of Service.

Abuse of the Guarantee

This guarantee is intended to allow students and families to determine whether the program is an appropriate fit. We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, chargeback abuse, or repeated purchases and refund requests.

Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take several business days to appear on your account after processing.

Our Commitment

We believe meaningful improvement comes through consistent practice and implementation. By completing the first two modules, you will have experienced the core instructional approach used throughout the program. If, after making a genuine effort, you conclude the course is not right for you, we will gladly provide a full refund in accordance with the terms above.
